Perhaps discernment is a better word in most cases when it comes to perception, rather than drawing definitive lines as judgment implies, since we know so little regarding our experiential realm. After all, we’re each operating from our own belief systems when it comes to how we judge people, circumstances and even ideas.

Our individual belief based realities are so subjective it’s virtually impossible to arrive at agreed upon perspectives. We each decide for ourselves what we think is best for us individually. Where the encroachment happens is in our projecting onto others our belief systems, when we’re all individuals with only parts of a morphing jigsaw puzzle. How Can You Tell If You’re Being Spiritually Guided

Guidance Lissa Rankin – I’m in Boulder, Colorado right now with Trevor Hart, leading a Sounds True event about trusting the invisible forces of love to guide you in your life. Yesterday, we spent all day talking about how we can invoke spiritual guidance, the tools and practices that can help you receive guidance, and what gets in the way of opening to this kind of guidance. Today, we’ll be focusing on the tricky topic of discernment.

As Sounds True founder Tami Simon pointed out yesterday, without discernment, we can become flat out delusional in our efforts to seek out spiritual guidance. “What if someone sees seven butterflies,” she asked, “and he assumes that means he’s supposed to get seven wives?”

We laughed at her example, but seriously — Hitler thought he was being spiritually guided to purify his race. Discernment is key. Without clear tools of discernment, an attempt to seek out and follow spiritual guidance can turn psychotic. After all, many schizophrenics think the television is talking only to them! The only thing that separates the mystics from the sociopaths and psychotics is discernment.

How To Develop Your BS Detectors

We know that the MSM is totally agenda driven and never tells the whole truth and they even say that they telling you “the story”.  So we turn to the alternative media to try and find some truth, but that too has become almost as bad if not worse due to all the paid trolls and disinformation agents purposefully confusing and implanting total fabrications into the system. Where you even have to or should I say “especially” have to be careful. Careful of so called whistle blowers who just happen to confirm the stories of other whistle blowers, meanwhile it is all crap. Distraction and confusion taking up our precious time. Time which they want to control, because it takes time for us to join the dots and figure things out. Keeping us under stress, fear and occupied with as much shit as possible to prevent our awakening and eventual freedom.

Develop Discernment

Developing discernment comes with trial and many errors and a lot of “school-fees”. If you are just starting off in your awakening there is a mass of mine-fields and traps. Most normally start by turning to the “new-age” movement which was totally and especially created for this very purpose.

The first golden rule should be “anything that takes the power away from you as a totally divine spiritual and free being, avoid at all cost”. No crystal, position of the planets, guru, diet or ET is going to save you. Ultimately you have to awaken and do the work, apply what you are learning and take your power back. The greatest of all secrets “the power is within you.”

Not in any government, priest, guru or religion

You soon learn quickly (although some people are very thick and keep falling for the same BS) which people are disinformation agents, which websites, books, channels and youtubers are just full of it. Slowly you start to build a foundation of real knowledge and through your own applications of this knowledge it becomes your own personal truth. Your own experiences and truth, nothing is more powerful. It must work. Why spend most of your life doing or following what does not work. At some point you must get tired of the game and need to dump that belief system, religion, guru or deity.

Getting rid of the duality

When we were genetically created as a slave species our brains were purposefully divided into two halves to keep us confused and easier to control. Most people are either left brain (logical/data) or right brain (emotional/caring) beings. If we are deciding on something we tend to use one or the other, but if you are only using one half then your decision is incomplete and not the ultimate decision as we are both logical and emotional/caring beings. We have to combine the two for a greater potential, a greater outcome.
