Mr. Trump Goes to Washington

James ComeyClarice Feldman – To many, the charges and countercharges, subpoenas and congressional hearings, might look like a three-ring circus in which solons up for re-election are vying for airtime to fill their re-election coffers. To me, this is a modern-day replay of the classic film Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.

If you’ve never seen it or forgotten the plot, here’s a quick take. Through a fluke — actually a coin toss by a corrupt governor — an outsider is picked over a known stooge of that era’s Deep State crowd, on the grounds that the outsider is a naïf who will be easily manipulated.

The Washington press quickly labels the new senator a bumpkin who has no business being in the Senate. Unwise to their machinations and the extent of the rot, the new senator (played by James Stewart) introduces a bill to authorize a loan for a national boys’ camp. (Yes, it’s dated, today the camp would have to accommodate — what is it now, 72? — genders.) Continue reading

Democrats’ Trump Impeachment Push Is a Bonanza for Republicans

DemocratsRich Logis – I’m ecstatic about President Trump’s imminent impeachment.

As Napoleon Bonaparte once said, never interfere with your enemy when he is making a mistake.

To paraphrase the scene in The Godfather, when Clemenza demonstrates to Michael how to shoot a gun, impeachment will reveal the bad blood that’s been brewing in the Democratic Party since Trump’s inauguration, between the Pelosis and the “new” Democrats, and it will further expose the Tessio Republicans and unify our nationalist base.  Inspired by Sal Tessio, from The Godfather, who betrays the Corleone family, a Tessio Republican is one who betrays America First voters, as well as the principles of nationalism, constitutional liberties, free markets, and common sense. Coup d’état by way of an ‘Pseudo Impeachment’

Sartre – When the legacy of the doomed American Republic is compiled, the treason of the Deep State will be known as an imperial operative against the citizens of what was once a great nation. The latest desperate betrayal by the Democrat Congress to proclaim separate committee investigations into accusations against President Trump is no formal impeachment. Without a vote by the entire House, the hype is pure political street theater.

TrumpNotwithstanding, with Pelosi’s compliance with the demented progressive squad, the virtual silence in the defense of Trump by the RINO Republicans is so deafening that you would not know that there is any difference among careerist politicians. Add into the mix the bureaucrats, technocrats and the revolving door opportunists, has a net result of globalists traitors serving the commands of the Shadow Corporatist dictates. Continue reading

Adam Schiff’s Impeachment Fun Playhouse

James ComeyClarice Feldman – In tacit recognition that his party will never beat the President in 2020 with the gang of whackos vying to head their ticket and that no real impeachment will ever occur, Congressman Adam Schiff, with the acquiescence of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, called to order what they are calling an “impeachment inquiry.” It’s presumably designed to see whether formal impeachment proceedings should begin.

(Impeachment proceedings cannot take place without a vote to do so in the House. Vulnerable Democrats would never vote for it any more than would almost all Republican Congressmen. And conviction and removal from office for impeachment would have to occur after a full hearing and two-thirds vote in the Senate. Which also will not happen. The Democrats, again, are counting on the civics and Constitutional ignorance of their base.)

It flopped, in any event. The hearings, in fact, show that this is simply the rerun of the Russian Collusion scam. Only the name of the country has changed — this time, it’s Ukraine; a country you may know is a major enemy of the Russians.

Newt Gingrich: “Trump WILL be impeached” (clever!)

The Horn News – Former House Majority Speaker Newt Gingrich is one of the few authorities on presidential impeachment in the United States. After all, he was the one that brought former President Bill Clinton before Congress in 1998.

Gingrich said on Tuesday that he was confident that President Donald Trump will be impeached by Democrats — but that it’s also going to be a political disaster for the Democrats.

“I think the momentum of radicalism on their side is so great, they won’t be able to help themselves,” Gingrich told The Washington Examiner regarding the recent Ukrainian transcript scandal. “The Democrats have always had the votes if they wanted to do it, and it’s up the them.” Continue reading
