Born of Sacred Space

neptuneSarah Varcas –  Neptune retrograde is many things: unity with the divine, flight into unreality, immersion in love, avoidance through self-deception and compassionate repose. It is both our return to sacred source and all we do to avoid the stark terrain we must sometimes cross to get there. Neptune offers a choice: to embrace the divine or avoid ourselves. We simply cannot do both.

The healing offered by Neptune requires faith so deep we are willing to relinquish our very identity if we must. To experience the deep peace of Neptune’s unconditional love we cannot maintain a narrative about who did what and when, how our life should be as opposed to how it is, or re-run past hurts, old triumphs or future imaginings. Neptune knows nothing but everything all as one. When it turns retrograde it provides as a backdrop to the ups and downs of everyday life, the opportunity to let everything go and immerse ourselves in the divine flow of love forever emerging from the heart of Sacred Source. In this flow we are nothing and no-one and yet everything too, complete and forever whole.

Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Month: “a woman in an emotional speech dramatizing her cause” (rising of the stronger inner self)

Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Year: “the magic carpet of Oriental imagery” (transcending the past and crumbling past control systems)

Today, two massive planets are making exact angle to one another: Saturn and Neptune are making a square (come 90 degrees apart exactly).

Before we look at the Sabian symbols for the astrological energetics let’s briefly review what Saturn and Neptune are all about.

Saturn is the inner voice that wants us to be the best that we can be.  But it does this in the harshest ways.  Saturn shouts at us, showing us all of our weaknesses or places where we wish we were stronger.  Saturn is a hard-driving taskmaster, and it wants things done correctly.  Saturn says, “Do the right thing.”  It is super-responsible.  It wants structure, orderliness, and efficiency.  It tells us what to do and how to do it.  It never settles for less than the standard it has imposed.

“Neptune Pluto in Psychic Pisces

goldDjwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek.

Alright. Well this week I think I want to talk about Neptune going retrograde on June 13. It’s going to be quite a powerful experience. There is sort of what I would call a Neptune awakening now and it affects primarily the Third Eye centers. It is also affecting telepathic communications with animals, well, really, all intelligence. The Third Eye center is more sensitive and even hyper sensitive in some.

Saka Dawa Good Deeds – DK Spirituality Article

neptuneDjwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek.

Now we’re on the end of Saka Dawa which is a Tibetan celebration of Buddha. It lasts for a whole month during which time good merits earn like a 100,000 times return. So as we approach this New Moon, you’ll want to finish focusing on those things.

And I’m asking for the focus to be on yourself first and foremost. So what good deed can you do in your own favor? What kindness and compassion can you exercise with yourself? When we have these things within us, we are able to give them to others but we cannot give what we do not have.

So concluding this time period, take the focus inward and work with the energies through, I’m going to say about, Monday, June 6.

A Last Quarter Moon of Epiphany and Regrouping

quarterHenry Seltzer – Saturday morning’s Last Quarter Moon, taking place quite early on the West Coast and at nearly mid-day for Europe, is another very special lunation that will somewhat try our patience, and where great rewards are available to us when we pay the closest possible attention to our inner motivations. This remains a transformational time period. In this current configuration, there is a huge emphasis on trickster Uranus, bringer of epiphanies regarding the way that we are adjusting to our changes, with the other outer planets of Neptune and Pluto also prominent, and including Saturn. This lunar phase in any case signals a timing when we are shifting in our perceptions, adding things up inside our heads in an entirely new way, in response the accumulated wisdom from the previous three weeks of the cycle, which is to say, based on what is largely an internal vision. We do best at this time when we adhere to the maxim that what goes on deep inside of us, very nearly unseen and unnoticed by our conscious mentality, has more to do with our moods and our triumphs than the rational logic that this culture values so highly, and which yet falls so far short in creating peace of mind within us or between each other, or, indeed, between national and ethnic groupings.

The mystical and numinous archetype of Neptune, quite prominent in the recent Full Moon from the last weekend of the previous month, is triggered once again at this Last Quarter Moon timing, by an unusual set of contra-parallel aspects from a stationing Venus and from Jupiter. Venus is greatly slowing, and is therefore quite potent, getting ready to return to direct motion on Sunday this same weekend. As she stations, Venus aspects Pluto while Mars, close by, does the same. The Sun and Moon in square also aspect Pluto, in an almost exact trine and inconjunct. With both Neptune and Pluto triggered, major changes are once again upon us, although in some sense, of course, they never left; the entire period of these last few years has been about major metamorphosis coming down. There is great joy and yet also tremendous angst in acknowledging our evolutionary destiny. As these cycles of extreme developmental intention constantly remind us, while we honor the transformation that results in the butterfly, we do have to admit that it is not necessarily that much fun to be the caterpillar.
