Mia Cathell – Any day now, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue rulings in a pair of landmark cases Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) has brought forth against Harvard and the University of North Carolina, alleging that their race-based college admissions practices actively discriminate against high-achieving students who don’t fit the woke mold, often Asian American applicants.

Man Fired from Woke Hospital Wins $10 Million Lawsuit

Sean Adl-Tabatabai – A white man who was fired due to “diversity quotas” at the hospital he worked for has won a $10 million lawsuit, with a federal jury agreeing that the ‘woke’ hospital illegally fired him based on his race.

In a 2019 lawsuit, David Duvall claimed that Novant Health violated his civil rights when the company fired him the previous year and replaced him with a black woman.

Duvall, who had worked for the firm in North Carolina for almost five years, was suddenly fired amid a company-wide push to diversify staff. Continue reading
