2020 has gone, and 2021 is upon us. As is the case with the coming of every new year, it’s time to say “out with the old and in with the new” and work out what we want both personally and professionally in the year to come. It’s a time to make plans, set goals, and start to make the changes we want to see in our lives.
For many of us, that means setting new New Year’s resolutions and making promises to ourselves about the things we want to accomplish in the twelve months ahead.
After having such a difficult year, the biggest wish that many of us will have will be for a happier twelve months to come. We can only achieve that happiness if we go looking for it, though, and the changes we make to our lives will determine whether we find it or not.
Given these facts here are some provisos to keep in mind if you decide to dip into this particular activity.
