Lena Stevens – The very recent new moon in Aries has set up a field that is a marker for the field day we have been experiencing around power issues both individually and on a global scale. If you have been recently triggered by something that caused either a reaction or a memory of feeling powerless, you have a great opportunity to heal, forgive and reset in a way that connects you back to your true source of power so that it becomes available to you in its fullest form. In other words, it is time to do the personal work that is necessary to move beyond the limitation you impose on yourself by remaining in reaction instead of moving to pro-action.

Power issues we are working with this month are many. They will hit relationships, work environments, your health, creativity, ability to manifest, relationship between the masculine and the feminine (externally and internally), past trauma and disappointments and any ways you have experienced a loss of power in the past. The energies this month will bring up issues around choice and responsibility and what is needed to move beyond the reaction and into a proactive position moving forward.

This is a month where the highs, those vibrations of light, beauty, expansion, connection and feelings of great abundance without limitation, are very high, and the lows of depression, despair, disappointment, anger, blame and a determination to get revenge, are very low.

You may have times where you experience both in the same day or even in the same hour. We must be willing to do the work and to expand our container to hold both with neutrality and compassion. If you can stay in a higher vibration of light most of the time or at least go there quickly when you feel yourself sliding south, your month will play out better than you could imagine.

It is a tricky month to navigate as it will take trusting your intuition rather than your reactive mind to know what is yours and what belongs to someone else that simply wants you to join their pity party. Don’t play. This is an incredible time where the opportunity to bring in miracles and magic is strong. But if you are mired in your position of being victimized in any way, that energy may not be available to you. So, do the work, stay in your own lane, take responsibility, watch your power leaks, and look to the aspects of your life that will give you power instead of deplete your reserves.

What is the definition of true power? Power comes from spirit and your essence and is fed and supported by the elements and energies more powerful than you such as the sun, the earth, nature, the stars, your imagination etc.

You can be empowered or allow yourself to be disempowered through a trauma, karma or lessons, but another person cannot truly give or take away your power as they cannot ever truly give you any. True power is something no one can take from you and is not connected to anything you can lose.

You can lose your money, things, homes, reputation, relationships, physical body parts, even your health. But you can never take away your spirit, experiences, wisdom, medicine, talents, dreams and intentions.

They are yours and yours only and are part of your power base. Requiring acceptance or attention from others does not build power. With that said, however, true community and unconditional connection is a wonderful way to feel your own power in giving and receiving.

Where in your life have you felt disempowered? How can you take responsibility for that? Where have you given your power away? What experiences have empowered you? And where have you expected to gain power that was not authentic?

We have all been imprinted with an idea and belief of power as being related to accomplishments that can be measured. Influence, money, degrees, notoriety, fame, attention, accumulation of wealth etc., have long been a part of the measuring stick that may have influenced our dreams and intentions and had us looking in the wrong direction to gain power.

Success can mean a lot of things. Successfully navigating a challenging set of personality traits or successfully handing a challenging karmic situation is a good example of what builds power.

The key is to access the power within you and not to look for it on the outside. You will only be disappointed with the illusion in the end. If you don’t do the work now, it will be that much harder later when the energy is less supportive of it. We have a tremendous opportunity to move through this and access the amazing landscape of love. Beauty and manifestation on the other side.

You Personally

Responsibility and growth are the themes for how this month shows up personally. It is great month to come out of hiding behind your addictions, blame, and ways you have been asleep or distracted by glamour and illusion, and to do the work, whatever that is for you.

As we mentioned, miracles and magic are available if you are available to them. Don’t let your mind get in the way with any limiting beliefs about what is possible or not possible. But as long as you are holding yourself or anyone else hostage and in debt for old wounds and past behaviors, you are not available for the expansion of havingness that will manifest those miracles and magic.
