Wholly Horrific Ordure – That’s W.H.O.

Wholly Horrific Ordure - That's W.H.O.Angela Rodriguez – In J.R.R. Tolkien’s series The Lord of the Rings, a young  hobbit undertakes a perilous journey to destroy the “ring of power” in the fires of Mount Doom.

Dubbed “the one ring to rule them all,” this object’s function is to consolidate control over all the kingdoms of Middle Earth. While the story itself is fictional, the central theme looms over the free people of the United States of America and beyond.

As organizations like the World Health Organization forge their own rings of power over health care, freedom of speech, and personal autonomy, there must be warriors, both big and small, who form a fellowship against this intentional power grab that would put the golden ring on the hand of the WHO’s director-general.

The “one ring to rule them all” in Tolkien’s story was forged in secret so the nefarious intentions of its maker would not be recognized. Likewise, the negotiations of the IHR negotiating body have remained cloaked to much of the world as the guidelines are being backed by the Centers for Disease Control, Bill Gates, the Chinese communist dictatorship, the World Economic Forum, big pharma, the bio-warfare industry, and even the U.S. government.

Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver says, “During Covid, the Gates charities gave the WHO a staggering 1.4 billion dollars — more than any other country … [and Gates’] influence is clear in the new WHO International Health Regulations, which, if signed by Joe Biden, will carry the force of international law.” The WHO agenda touts the idea of a universal “right to health,” but it does so at the expense of freedom.

Though the threat to our sovereignty is real, there are many voices, even within our own government, that refuse to acknowledge the danger. According to Liberty Counsel, Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., wrote to a supporter who had expressed concerns about the WHO.

In his response, Durbin admitted there is a “draft treaty under consideration in the WHO” but then proceeded to sing the praises of the WHO’s global health programs, which he claims “increase national security.”

Next, he boasted, “I will continue to work to continue supporting global efforts to combat COVID-19 and other global health issues.” Durbin also urged the supporter not to worry, because the WHO’s “documents do not mention lockdowns, closures, or specific citizen surveillance systems.” Unfortunately, his assertions are WRONG!

Roguski has been closely following the progression of these amendments, and he stresses that it’s imperative for people to realize the seriousness of this moment in history. Many people are incorrectly declaring, he says, that the WHO will not be able to enforce these proposed amendments.” Roguski shatters that myth, however, by listing what the IHR amendments seek to do. (Below they are listed verbatim from his website jamesroguski.substack.com)

♦ Remove the existing IHR language granting “full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons.”  They are actively attempting to eliminate “dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms” from the International Health Regulations.

♦ Change IHR recommendations from “non-binding” to legally binding such that all member countries would be required to obey and implement them.

♦ Create requirements for a global digital health certification network that could be used to restrict access and travel.

♦ Coerce lockdown measures, including the creation of “quarantine of suspect travelers, preferably in facilities away from the point of entry,” aka “quarantine camps” seen during the COVID-19 pandemic in China and elsewhere.

♦ Allow the WHO Director-General to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) at will, even if there was merely the “potential” for an emergency.

♦ Require nations to use certain medications while prohibiting the use of others during emergencies.

♦ Allow the WHO to commandeer medical supplies in any country, transfer them to other countries, and evade laws on intellectual property.

A recent article titled “Who Proposals Threaten Doctor-Patient Relationship” explains: “James Roguski told the Defender that ‘the sneaky part’ of the proposed IHR amendments is a provision for a global digital health security certification network that would not only create digital vaccine passports but also ‘expand it to include testing certificates or recovery certificates or prophylaxis certificates.’

This could also serve as a de facto lockdown for those lacking such documents. ‘If they could get every nation to agree to have travel restrictions on foreigners, well then, effectively everybody’s on lockdown,’ Roguski said.” He further warns that if countries like the U.S. do not want to adhere to this global certification network, they may end up “trapped” because other countries would be following the measures put in place.

Reggie Littlejohn, co-founder of the Sovereignty Coalition and co-chair of the Stop Vaccine Passports Task Force reveals that the IHR proposals directly threaten the doctor-patient relationship by determining which treatments are the ‘correct’ ones, or the ‘incorrect’ ones.

David Bell, a public-health physician and a former director of global health technologies at Intellectual Ventures Global Good Fund, says: “It’s exactly what we saw in COVID, where for the first time that I’m aware of, governments banned perfectly safe medications.”

Biological warfare epidemiologist Meryl Nass said the IHR amendments contain a provision that would allow the WHO’S director-general to “convene an emergency committee” that could later tell countries what treatments to withhold. In essence, this would put doctors in the tough position of following the government rather than treating patients as individuals who require customized care on a case-by-case basis.

Roguski is among many experts who believe that exiting the WHO is crucial because it will stop the implementation of the proposed IHR amendments and the pandemic treaty. Roguski stresses that the WHO is “operationalizing the things that are being negotiated” and they are “building the systems” of a global digital health network. “By the time they get around to signing a treaty, they’re going to be able to say, ‘Oh, look, we already have this network in place all around the world.’”

The American Sovereignty Coalition is “a non-partisan group of patriotic, public-policy-minded leaders, organizations and individuals who share a profound commitment to the U.S. Constitution and the God-given freedoms it guarantees.” They have created a declaration for Americans to sign that calls for the United States to end its membership in, and cease funding of the World Health Organization.

They maintain that the WHO’s system is akin to the Social Credit System operating in China and “once combined with an interoperable, global Central Bank Digital Currency (also under development and backed by the Chinese Communist Party, Biden administration, the World Economic Forum, World Bank, G20, and other supranational globalist organizations), the WHO would enforce its medical tyranny by severing unvaccinated individuals from their bank accounts and credit cards. They would thus be trapped in a ‘digital gulag’ unless and until they comply with whatever protocol the WHO deems advantageous to its CCP-influenced interests.”

Right to Leave

When the United States joined the WHO, on June 14, 1948, they reserved the right to leave at any time with the stipulation that a one-year notice be given. On May 26, 2022, a letter was sent to Joe Biden that was signed by more than 80 members of Congress who criticized his decision to reverse the Trump administration’s plan to leave the WHO. On Jan. 9, 2023, Congressman Andy Biggs from the 5th District of Arizona submitted House Resolution 79 (the WHO Withdrawal Act) that would stop the United States from funding the WHO and would also repeal the act of June 14, 1948.

Francis Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois, as well as a bioweapons expert who drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, insists that exiting the WHO is the only thing that will truly protect American sovereignty. He believes that the House Republicans have the power to accomplish this as they “control the House, which means they control the budget and appropriations.”

Additionally, he says, “all these government officials and scientists, and the news media, are saying another pandemic is coming … it’s coming out of their BSL3 (biosecurity level 3) and BSL4 laboratories. And so, they are paving the way for the next pandemic.”
