Veronica – In reality everything is created by an ebb and flow of energy. A fairly elementary concept that is often dismissed as too simplistic to have any real worth during a life process.

The truth lies within your understanding of your own vibration. Knowing what type of frequency puts you in the zone seems a fairly reasonable item to understand, Have you ever witnessed someone else in the “zone” of pure energy? We believe most have seen an athlete run an amazing race. A ball player magically hitting it out of the park. A dancer spinning endlessly in a simple pirouette. An artist rendering a vision with a complete whirlwind of energy. Someone knitting a blanket with speed and precision. The list of flow moments are as endless as the list of people living.

It is a great gift to be a part of such an energy display, whether you are the observer or creator. The term “go with the flow” is a present moment, but also a destination for those incarnate.

Taking the time in a fast pace chaotic world to connect with the internal ebb and flow of your own energy is crucial to the evolvement of your soul.

Slow down the energy around you to complete the give and take necessary for connection. Allow yourself to become one with your internal frequency. Let yourself truly “be”. Eliminate all comparison to others. The flow within is a true representation of you. Let yourself become part of the energetic ebb and flow. The external expression will be unique unto you. Not one of you are alike. By riding the energy wave, you become one with yourself and the reality about you.
