The Rat Race

stretch Veronica – In your culture a popular phrase used is “The Rat Race”. Everyone attempting to outlast a limited time frame by gathering, participating, and accomplishing at what they perceive as the speed of light.

In all of history there seems an accelerated pace that can leave one exhausted with no real sense of connection. Going internal can create relief, but what does one do while living a life in such chaos?

Realistically, one has to mingle among others to create an atmosphere of prosperity and accomplishment. Unless you climb a high mountain to commune with the heavens, the facts of a physical life are a very real participation.

Sometimes you just need to pause a moment while gathering the tools attained from your going deep within. The delicate balance between positive and negative can feel like an insurmountable obstacle course.

Stop a moment.

Breathe.

A shift of perspective can be worthwhile.

If you have been participating in your spiritual homework of inner connection, perhaps it is time to stretch that awareness into your current moment.

Reflect upon any negative dramatics around you at this time. Know the solidness of your spirit while remaining positive no matter what occurs. This active focus can change the dynamics. Of course those who are negative will attempt to push back. Show them your ability to embrace their dilemma, while being the spiritual force you have created within.

Some who have planted themselves firmly in the negativity will walk away.

Let them.

Some will become confused by your now different response.

Continue to be the example. Some will come around a bit, perhaps curious about what you are up to.

Teach them.

It’s time to stretch your awareness into the chaos. No. You will not fix everyone, however, the stir of energy created by your stretch will be impactful.

This can string then your resolve and allow your personal participation to improve.

Each day, decide to be connected to your reality with a force of your spirit.

It will be good.
