Veronica – In physical reality one can often determine how the day will unfold based on how they feel.  We are not speaking of just the biology.  We speak also of emotional and mental sensations as well.

All have been conditioned from childhood to make note of the internal awareness you possess.  It varies how well one can accomplish this due to vast differences of the family unit one chose to be born into.
