1974 UN World Food Conference Set Stage For “Food As A Weapon”

After recently watching the documentary King Corn by filmmakers Ian Cheney and Curtis Ellis, the state of the nation’s, and in turn the world’s food supply was on my mind. Why has industrial corn – used for derivative food ingredients and now comprised almost wholly of genetically modified varieties – become such a huge part of our lives?

Apparently much of the reason for the rise of corn is tied with Big Agra business and a Secretary of Agriculture named Earl Butz, who was appointed to office under President Nixon and kept under President Ford. In doing some basic research on Butz, I encountered not only his scandals over racial remarks or his mocking of the Pope for not backing overt population control, but the file stubs of LaRouche PAC, who heavily covered his involvement in Ford Administration affairs and his controversial role at the key 1974 United Nations World Food Conference, which set up the World Food Council (suspended in 1993), derived from a Rockefeller proposal for a World Food Bank.

Just weeks before Nelson Rockefeller would be appointed Vice President of the United States, the Rockefeller machine had been threatening administration officials held over from the Nixon Administration to go along with the agenda, including that of a world food authority. One of those figures was Earl Butz, who according to LaRouche press releases at the time, was targeted in the New York Times and pressured by attacks from ranking political figures including Nixon’s opponent and Democratic presidential candidate George McGovern.

The result, reported below in a vintage LaRouche publication, details how Secretary of Agriculture Earl Butz “capitulated” to these demands during his role at the November 1974 UN World Food Conference in Rome, reversing his position, and backing the “Malthusian” eugenics views on controlling the world food supply in conjunction with efforts to limit the population.

The skullduggery of Henry Kissinger is well known, but little has been done about it.

As the unofficial envoy of the Rockefeller Empire and a member of the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, Aspen Institute, Bohemian Grove, Trilateral Commission, etc., Kissinger is at the heart of the power structure and closely tied to many underhanded deeds as well as big plays for global power.

As National Security Advisor under presidents Nixon and Ford, and for a time also concurrently Secretary of State under the same presidents, Kissinger wielded enormous power and effectively operated on behalf of the shadow government agenda – often over the president’s head.

Informally, he has continued shaping policy as a top advisor to numerous high level figures, including presidents and cabinet members, since his official time in office during the 1970s.

The case for war crimes and crimes against humanity outlined by Christopher Hitchens (including killing as many as half a million civilians in the secret bombings of Laos and Cambodia during the Vietnam War), as well as his participation in various assassinations, coups and destabilization efforts throughout the world contrast sharply with his status as arecipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, ostensibly for negotiating the withdrawal of American forces in Vietnam (as dubious and hypocritical as the prize has proven to be).

Moreover, via National Security Study Memorandum NSSM 200, Henry Kissinger made it official U.S. foreign policy to underwrite forcible depopulation and outright genocide in the developing world, including recommendations to use “food as a weapon” (including withholding food aid to induce compliance with global population targets). The implications of this ongoing policy are both staggering and far-reaching.

Despite lawsuits and threats of extradition, as well as requests to formally answer questions over his role in the September 11, 1973 coup in Chile, including the murder of a general, and with warrants for his arrest in Chile, Argentina, Spain and France, Heinz “Henry” Kissinger remains above the law.

Tim Walker ~ WikiLeaks Releases Kissinger Cables As Part Of 1.7 Million US Diplomatic Records

julianassange1He may have been confined to London’s Ecuadorean Embassy for almost a year, but Julian Assange’s WikiLeaks website published its latest work today: more than 1.7 million US diplomatic communications from the years 1973-1976, which it has dubbed “The Kissinger Cables”.

The documents date to when Henry Kissinger, was the US Secretary of State and National Security Adviser. Among the subjects illuminated by the cables are the 1973 Yom Kippur War, and America’s entanglement with a series of Cold War dictatorships in Europe and Latin America.

They also include a detailed 1975 memo from the US Embassy in London, explaining the rise of late Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, saying she “blazed into national prominence almost literally from out of nowhere.”

Neuroscience, Obama’s Brain Project, And Military Mind Control

BrainIn light of Obama’s announcement of a $100 million brain-mapping project, which is being promoted as essential in unlocking the secrets behind degenerative brain conditions and kick starting job growth, it is worth examining the darker potential.As The New American rightly highlights, whenever DARPA is involved, we can expect that there will be creepy military applications . . . like mind control. This mission has actually been around for some time within the halls of elite think-tanks, and now appears to be coming to full fruition.

In particular, the UK think-tank, The Royal Society (which has openly admitted to studying how to play God with the climate) kicked off a program in 2010 that revealed its multifaceted investigation into the identification of organic brain function and potential control over human behavior.

The Brain Waves project is divided into four modules, each tasked with studying the impact of developments in the field of neuroscience and neurotechnology.  The titles of the modules reflect the areas of examination:

Module 1: Society and policy
Module 2: Implications for education and lifelong learning
Module 3: Conflict and security
Module 4: Responsibility and the law

The results from these modules have been published, and clearly illustrate how this panel views the lower public masses in light of their status as the elite arbiters of human destiny. The dual approach to this investigation must be kept in mind as the U.S. government is now rolling out the BRAIN initiative as the next great thing since the human genome project. The ramifications are potentially even more momentous.

We often hear from critics that these think-tanks are an essential part of scientific discovery, and that drawing conclusions of a nefarious nature about their intent is paranoid conspiracy theory — they are only thinking, after all.  I would submit that objective scientific inquiry is absolutely necessary and that the proper role of science is to disseminate results to the public for open debate, prior to their implementation.  However, think-tanks such as the Royal Society betray, by their own language, subjective biases (and corporate connections) that have no place in true science.

The Royal Society funds over 700 private ventures, which undoubtedly are directed by findings from studies such as Brain Waves.  While their studies might be couched in scientific terminology, there is always a philosophical overlay that indicates a desire to study the sciences specifically for use toward a purpose that a relatively small group sees fit.  Furthermore, given that many developments in neuroscience are already being forced upon the public in a negative manner, the claims of open debate and “welcoming comments from the public” seem disingenuous.  Rather, what we have is a another think-tank blueprint that is merely stating the current course planned long ago, as well as what is to be rolled out in the near future under projects like BRAIN.

Just as we have seen from other think tanks such as the Project For a New American Century, Council on Foreign Relations, Brookings Institution, and a host of others; their thoughts translate to reality on a less-than-coincidental frequency, so we would do well to listen to what they have been saying.

That is right folks, Barry Soetoro and Willard Romney joked around at a Vatican Dinner.

The puppets were at the 67th annual Alfred E. Smith Foundation.

Past speakers include unsavory characters like Henry A. Kissinger in 1974 and the Honorable Richard B. Cheney in 2001.

They really have had a who’s-who of warmongers and eugenicists.

The mainstream media is stressing the rapport of the current so called opposing forces at this “lighthearted” dinner.

Romney had this important bit to say:

“A campaign can require a lot of wardrobe changes — blue jeans in the morning, perhaps, suits for a lunch fundraiser, sport coat for dinner — but it’s nice to finally relax and wear what Ann and I wear around the house.”

And Obama had this to say:

“Tonight is not about the disagreements Governor Romney and I may have. It’s what we have in common — beginning with our unusual names. Actually, Mitt is his middle name. I wish I could use my middle name.”

I am so disgusted by this whole charade. What a joke! Really is just like a reality TV show.
