differenceWe’ll get to that in a minute. But first, FBI Director Comey’s absurd exoneration of Hillary in the email scandal. The law states, of course, that gross negligence in handling and transmitting classified materials is enough to warrant prosecution for a crime, and it can carry up to ten years in prison. (Federal Penal Code, Title 18, section 793[f].) The quality of the intent behind the negligence has nothing to do with the law. Good intent, bad intent, neutral intent. All irrelevant. Comey knows that.

His statement about the diligent and exceptional investigation by his people at the Bureau is fluff and window dressing. It all came down to his recommendation to his boss, the Attorney General. And there Comey revealed his own intent:

Hillary is too big to fail.

She was grossly negligent. The FBI confirmed that.

G Grannum – Well, it turns out Judge Pirro was right. Hillary Rodham Clinton is indeed above the law. Comey spilled enough to let the ENTIRE world know that THE FIX was in.

pirroBizpac Review – Saturday night on Fox News’ “Justice,” Judge Jeanine Pirro began the show with a scathing rebuke of Attorney General Loretta Lynch for not only meeting with Bill Clinton at a Phoenix airport on Tuesday, but once it happened not recusing herself from the investigation for the obvious appearance of impropriety.

After quoting Lynch’s own words saying she “expects to accept” the FBI’s recommendation, Pirro was dubious.

“Did you notice she said she expects to accept. Does accepting their recommendations mean she doesn’t have the right to overrule it? No! She didn’t say I will recuse myself. She didn’t say I’ll stay out of it. She didn’t say I’ll ask for a special prosecutor, an independent counsel. This is all smoke and mirrors folks!”

Clinton-Lynch Airport Meeting, Gun Running to Terrorists and the Most Systemically Dangerous Bank [w/ Video]

SchiffGreg Hunter – Attorney General Loretta Lynch, along with the FBI, is investigating the biggest political scandal in American history with Presidential presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton. Allegations include:  a private server that jeopardized national security, charity fraud and bribes paid in donations for favors from Clinton while she was Secretary of State.

Against that backdrop, Lynch took a private meeting with Mrs. Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, on Lynch’s private jet in Phoenix.  We are supposed to believe this was a chance meeting, and we are also supposed to believe they talked about golf and grand babies.

That is preposterous, and I think somebody called a meeting.  It was so important that Lynch put her reputation and credibility on the line.  This was a powerful meeting, and it is impossible to believe that they talked about grand babies and golf when the most explosive political case in U.S. history hangs in the balance in an ongoing FBI criminal investigation.

So the Attorney General of the United States just happened to run into the former president of the United States who just so happens to be married to a woman running for president, who just happens to be under federal investigation and they just happened to have a 30 minute meeting aboard a government owned airplane and we’re to believe that all they talked about was their grandchildren?
