Brooks Agnew – Barack Obama on the 5th of January combined the force of the US intelligence agencies to stop Donald Trump from taking office after he was elected. Rice memorialized on January 20th 2017 meeting between herself and senior Obama administration and law enforcement officials because they were “justifiably concerned” about the risks that could come with sharing classified intelligence with President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration.
During the meeting, Rice’s memo said, then-President Barack Obama suggested intelligence officials be cautious about sharing information about the demonstrably false conspiracy of the Russia investigation with the Trump transition team, “particularly” incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn. By that time, multiple senior members of the campaign had been in contact with high-ranking Russians, including Flynn, incoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and senior adviser Jared Kushner.
Republicans responded the very next day. There was no peaceful transition of power, in spite of Hillary Clinton’s public statement of concession.
Let me bring something to your remembrance.
Article VI of the US Constitution says this:
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
The Five Freedoms that the Constitution protects are: speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government. Together, these five guaranteed freedoms make the people of the United States of America the freest in the world.
387 members of Congress and the Executive branch have not followed their oath to protect these rights, most notably was the right to petition the government for grievances. There are hundreds of patriots held without due process in a 19th century dungeon where they are being tortured. Some have died as a result of those injuries. Me and a million of my friends went to Washington to petition the grievance that our vote was disenfranchised.
The redress is to remove these officials in violation of that oath from office and forbid them from holding any public office or to practice law for the rest of their lives. The Supreme Court has docketed 22-380. This has taken 2 years to reach this point. The Brunson brothers have brought this case. It is legal. It is true. It is powerful
All revolutions are driven by hope, not guns or blood. These individuals have seized power through fraud, paid for and orchestrated by a foreign enemy with the charter to destroy America. Hundreds of millions of Americans have voted faithfully and had their vote disenfranchised by these individuals. Tomorrow, the case moves forward.
Should 4 Justices, and there are actually 6 of them who in position to vote, decide to rule this action was in fact a violation of that oath by which they are bound by the supreme law of the land, then the sergeant at arms will be authorized to remove them from the building.
They will lose their pay. They will lose their pensions. They will lose their authority. They will replaced in less than one minute by officers who are standing by to serve in those offices. This is called Continuity of Government.
Executive Order on Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience
NATIONAL SECURITY & DEFENSE
Issued on: December 7, 2020
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the National Security Act of 1947, as amended, I hereby order the following:
Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of the United States to maintain comprehensive and effective continuity programs that ensure national security and the preservation of government structure under the United States Constitution and in alignment with Presidential Policy Directive-40 (PPD-40) of July 15, 2016 (National Continuity Policy).
Executive departments and agencies (agencies), including the Executive Office of the President, must maintain the capability and capacity to continuously perform National Essential Functions (NEFs), as defined by PPD-40, regardless of threat or condition, and with the understanding that adequate warning may not be available. Agency heads must fully integrate preparedness programs, including continuity and risk management, into day-to-day operations to ensure the preservation of the NEFs under all conditions.
Sec. 2. Federal Mission Resilience Strategy. To achieve this policy, in conjunction with this order, I am signing the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy (Strategy), which should be implemented to increase the resilience of the executive branch. Implementing the Strategy will reduce the current reliance on reactive relocation of personnel and enhance a proactive posture that minimizes disruption, distributes risk to the performance of NEFs, and maximizes the cost-effectiveness of actions that ensure continuity of operations, continuity of government, and enduring constitutional government.
Sec. 3. Executive Committee. (a) The Federal Mission Resilience Executive Committee (Executive Committee) is hereby established.
(b) The Executive Committee shall be composed of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of National Intelligence, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (APNSA), the Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
When issues concerning science and technology, including communications technology, are on the agenda, the Executive Committee also shall include the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). The heads of other agencies, and other senior officials, shall be invited to attend meetings as appropriate.
(c) The APNSA, in coordination with the other members of the Executive Committee, shall be responsible for convening the committee, as appropriate, to coordinate the review, integration, and execution of the Strategy and other continuity policy across the executive branch.
(d) The Executive Committee shall:
(i) coordinate the development of an implementation plan (Plan) for the Strategy and other continuity policy, as described in section 4(b) of this order, and shall facilitate execution of the Plan and other continuity policy, as appropriate;
(ii) advise the President, through the Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff (Chief of Staff), on the review, integration, and execution of the Strategy and other continuity policy, including the recommendations outlined in section 4(c) of this order;
(iii) establish, with consensus of its members and as appropriate, subordinate coordinating bodies; and
(iv) coordinate the development of an interagency framework under which agencies will assess and address risk to Federal Mission Resilience and NEFs across the executive branch.
Sec. 4. Implementation. (a) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Executive Committee shall submit a Federal Mission Resilience Executive Committee Charter to the President, through the Chief of Staff, that identifies any subordinate bodies, working groups, and reporting mechanisms that support the role of the Executive Committee.
(b) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Executive Committee shall submit a Federal Mission Resilience Implementation Plan to the President, through the Chief of Staff, that sets forth how the executive branch will implement the Strategy. The Plan shall describe in detail the near-, mid‑, and long-term actions necessary to ensure the uninterrupted performance of NEFs.
(c) Within 120 days of the date of this order, the Executive Committee shall coordinate the review of existing continuity policy and other related national policies, and shall provide recommendations to the President, through the Chief of Staff, on any actions necessary to align these policies with the implementation of the Strategy.
Sec. 5. Amendment to PPD-40. To designate a new National Continuity Coordinator (NCC), in section 6 of PPD-40, the second sentence is hereby revised to read as follows: “To advise and assist the President in that function, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, or his or her designee, is designated as the NCC.”
That infrastructure is in place. They have been briefed. They are vetted and authorized and may, with the SCOTUS decision that could take place before Christmas, step into those offices and save the US Constitution that hangs by a thread.
The Uninformed Electorate
The FBI’s meddling in the 2020 election and the FBI’s pressure of social media companies, including Facebook and Twitter, censored the Hunter Biden story. Only the anons and people who listen to America Free Radio knew that the laptop was real, and that Virtual Joe and his gang of criminals have been doing the wet work for the Global Syndicate for more than 20 years.
Thousands of people were killed, some executed in the street by US Army snipers on the streets of Kiev. Billions of taxpayer dollars were sent to Biden’s Ukraine, laundered through shell corporations, non-profits, and now it turns out through crypto currencies to be laundered back to the DNC.
Whose DNC? Biden’s DNC. Why do you think Obama took on Biden as his vice president? Because he had the global criminal organization that could produce the money it took to buy the American election system. He had the FBI so compromised, they would murder, threaten, or imprison anyone who stood in their way.
The FBI were handed all the tools in January of 2017 by Barack Obama to stop the one man who dared to oppose them; Donald Trump. It turned out that anyone who joined his team, supported him, or even voted for him was also targets for destruction. There are hundreds of us still in a 18th century dungeon being tortured to death for fun in Washington DC.
The Global Syndicate would do anything to accomplish their objective. They would use biological and chemical warfare. They would use real warfare. They would use nuclear weapons against their own people, if necessary, to keep their power. The FBI knew about all of it. The FBI did nothing about it. In fact, they intimidated, arrested, and even murdered people who tried to expose the plot.
Anyone who questioned the 2018 or 2020, and now the 2022 elections were labelled election deniers and investigated by the FBI. Leaders of organizations that discovered and exposed the involvement of Chinese spies and hackers in our election system were jailed, sued, had their bank accounts seized or blocked, and had their companies ruined.
The FBI participated in all of the efforts. The FBI protected and abetted the Chinese attack on our election infrastructure. They The CCP has more than 50 thousand highly skilled soldiers inside our country right now tearing our system apart, and feeding American citizens data to the Chinese government.
The FBI is spying on Americans. The FBI is investigating and surveilling thousands of American patriots who are trying to defeat the election fraud any way they can. The enemy is ignorance. If everyone knew what I am, telling you right now, the Global Syndicate, which includes the FBI, could not win. Every State would be like Florida.
Arizona is impossible. I mean it. Patriots won that State by an enormous margin, and yet behind barb wire fences and armed soldiers, the counterfeit ballot printers, fed by Chinese databases of voter information stolen from companies like Equifax in 2018, cranked out enough ballots to replace the ones cast by living, registered voters. No one can win against corruption like that. I told you that if we did not fix 2020, there would be no 2022. Nothing can defeat such corruption, except for revolution.
The FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan, who recently testified he was part of the effort to overcome American voters:
During the deposition, Chan said that he, along with the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and senior Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency officials, had weekly meetings with major social media companies to warn against Russian disinformation attempts ahead of the 2020 election, according to a source in the Missouri attorney general’s office.
They didn’t create the narrative. That came from Syndicate think tanks. Hillary was the biggest mouthpiece, but now this already debunked narrative is a paid program of deception carried out by every agency, department, bureau, and administration. They are all the same. They all must be rebuilt from the ground up. What is happening to Twitter right now, needs to happen to every one of them.
These FBI slant on the story had to do with the potential Russian “hack and dump” or “hack and leak” of sensitive materials. This is how Twitter employees were trained to treat anything post from us, from the people asking questions and doing great reporting, was destroyed before anyone could read it. Everything had to look one way. Their way.
Everything had to point to Russian meddling and away from Chinese meddling. It was enough to stop the Trump voter from prevailing against the deception campaign of the FBI and the Global Syndicate.
FBI Director Christopher Wray actually took pride in these efforts, admitting to the agency’s involvement with social media companies “to make sure that their platforms are not used by foreign adversaries to spread disinformation and propaganda.”
The censorship was directed from the top. The only problem was, it was foreign involvement at the highest levels. Billions in taxpayer funds, poured into FTX by Virtual Joe and his gang of criminals was laundered and sent to fund the FBI and buy the elections of their rubber-stamp lawmakers.
Even if all Americans voted for freedom, they could not win. They could just stand there and watch the ballot box stuffed with counterfeit ballots printed by the CCP. Bow your head and say yes. Get back to work.
The Response
Not that any of this matters to much of the left. The clichés started once the story was posted. Twitter’s former head of trust and safety, Yoel Roth, complained that the leaks were essentially “violence” and put the censors in danger.
The media’s response to the Twitter File story was equally predictable and boring. It was a non-story. It was public relations for the world’s richest man. They misrepresented the leak, ignored the merits, downplayed the significance of the Hunter Biden story by focusing on dangerous patriots trying to defend their children from public school grooming for the gay sex trade.
They avoided and censored corruption and influence peddling and tax evasion and violations of federal law, and criticized Taibbi for posting the story on Twitter. By this time we know what they’re gonna say before they say it. Does it matter? No. Twitter became a slimy echo chamber for the Left. No one trusted them or cared about them.
Thankfully, we were able to see the documents for themselves. Oh, they’re damning enough, demonstrating the danger of the Global Syndicate’s control of social media. The Virtual Joe and his gang of criminals thought they had the loudest pulpit, but they were wrong. They knew they had friends at Twitter who would do their bidding during the election. And Twitter lied to the FEC about that influence. They lied under oath.
But that’s just at the surface. There’s something worse underneath it all, hidden from public: Global Syndicate influence and coercion over social media platforms, and the lies and the guns and the lawyers of the FBI to keep factual material away from Americans.
Millions of us went to DC on January 6th to show them we knew what they did. They were caught, by us. The FBI put hundreds patriots in jail. They killed others. They seized bank accounts, blocked sales of products, intimidated innocent people in parking lots and at their front doors. I know this, because I know some of these people myself.
They told me to my face that the FBI stopped them, came to their house, came to their work, and they questioned them. They are lurking like mafia hit men waiting for the text message to take you out. The fear that instills in someone who loves the truth, who loves freedom and the flag, who cares about you. It is impossible to describe, but it forces people to stop talking.
It’s the massive “censorship enterprise” by the Federal Government. It’s the one-sided influence operation on American soil. (The CIA is also deeply involved especially on the foreign money operations siphoning dark funds to run their human trafficking operations.)
It was there in 2016. They lost, so they launched the Panicdemic to destroy the entire world and kill millions and millions of people, just so they could win elections. It continued through the 2022 election. Unless it is stopped, we will lose America. And if we lose America, freedom and liberty will be gone from the earth forever.
You’re awake. I know that. You have taken the oath. I know that too. We do not have a leader. Everyone sees that. The question we need to ask ourselves right now, is do we need one?
