Stop and listen. Feel life fully. Engage

sensesVeronica – The culture is a fast paced one. Time measured with great focus always seems to slip through the fingers of those incarnate. With all the rushing to and fro, one should expect to acquire an inner dizziness that is hard to calm.

All of you are sentient beings. True sensitivity, however, needs to be cared for. Becoming too busy to “feel” is indeed a hazard. Since all incarnates are connected energetically, the concept of one at a time is a realistic endeavor.

We would counsel, if you find yourself disconnected, to stand still for a moment. The momentum of this reality has “legs” of its own, and really does not require your energy as fuel.

Stand still.

The rat race will continue. However, your energy just might get a chance to truly breathe life force back into itself.

Start by considering the basic 5 senses. Sight, Hearing, Tasting, Scent, and Touching.

When was the last time you truly observed your surroundings? To take in all the magnificence of the beauty around you should not be overlooked.

There is a lot of focus upon the “ugliness” of the world. A far less observance of the beauty. By truly “seeing” what is around you offers an opportunity to embrace that energy, while spreading it around. We are not saying that the ugliness will immediately disappear. We say that by creating a better balance of sight one can do their part to create a more peaceful atmosphere.

Hearing is another powerful tool. Often it’s participation is limited by the inability to listen. When communicating with others, be sure not to just hear the words. Allow yourself to also feel the depth of emotion behind the words, or lack of it.

Much more is communicated when one takes the feeling of the expression then allowing it to weave its way to your brain and heart.

Stop and listen.

Feel the message.

It may make a difference how you respond.

Fragrance of the reality is a special component of the senses. Certain scents provide images that are helpful in moving through the difficulties. Decide to stop and smell a flower while running through your day. The fragrance will trigger thoughts that will help you move through troubled moments.

The senses of touch and taste are intertwined. A great moment of comfort can be gleaned from a hand on the shoulder or a pot of warm food. Both are interactive in the awareness of being at peace with yourself, while creating a oasis of comfort.

Decide to indulge yourself with vitality by giving the body proper natural substance to help it function strongly. Take the time to nurture the experience daily.

Whenever possible reach out to touch others, whether it is an embrace or merrily a lacing of fingers. Again, the feeling of connection is vital to having a good experience.

Allow your feelings to participate with all the basic senses. Show appreciation to the ability to move through your life clearly.

Most of you have senses way beyond the basic ones. Decide, while giving proper foundation, not to listen to outside propaganda. Go within yourself. The abilities and answers about those abilities await your participation.

Become a sentient spiritual physical being.

Slow down.

Be who you are.

Use the physical to have a clear experience while supporting your spiritual perspective, and what it is here to do.
