Reaching That Place Of Peace

Veronica – In your world the art of breath is a useful tool.  The chaotic frequency that batters your consciousness everyday can be modified by examining your breathing.

The inhale/exhale movement creates a rhythm that allows the form to settle into a peaceful vibration.

There are many of you however that find that breath control does not calm them in the way they would like.  The word meditation creates an atmosphere of frustration.  Some even fall asleep by concentrating on their breath.

We say that one should persevere with their relationship with their breath.  Decide not to pass judgment upon this exercise.  Realize that it is truly a personal moment.  One does not have to conform to the patterns created by others.  Often it is a good trigger to follow directions.  In the end though, your unique energy signature is what will bring the focus and peace that you seek.

If the formality of traditional meditation feels elusive, then decide to create a moment of your own.  Use music.  Use nature, to allow yourself the trigger needed to relax your body and soul.

So whenever there is opportunity to focus with peace, take it!  It doesn’t have to follow the traditional patterns.  You can create a unique system of your own.  Allow yourself to release.  Make it your own.  Create the balance needed to calm your heart and soul.  Be unique.  Be out of the box.

It is not a requirement to be traditional.  It is though, a requirement to become comfortable in your own skin.  Reaching that place of peace is attainable.  Follow your own path.  It is not necessary to find peace by tradition.  Some of the best moments are created through your own unique energy signature.

Become one with your uniqueness.

Be you.
