Brooks Agnew – The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a 4-3 opinion that the Constitution’s ‘Insurrection Clause’ prohibits President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot for the presidency in 2024.
We are witnessing the true death of Democracy. I told you this day was coming. Now, you are witnessing the reign of the judges. By the time the Supreme Court comes back to town, this grass fire may burn half the ballots in the Republic.
The judges have completely ignored the fact this insurrection accusation against Trump is objectively laughable.
President Donald Trump has not been convicted of anything, much less insurrection. Insurrection is a crime. You cannot be guilty of insurrection until a jury finds you guilty. Nevertheless, these four black-robed fascists ruled against a former American president as though he were a convicted criminal. These fascists punished a man who, according to our sacred Constitution, is presumed innocent.
Whether we are talking about a former president or a convicted three-time felon who now stands accused of a fourth felony, before a jury rules, it is un-American for anyone to punish either as though they are guilty. Four State Supreme Court judges blithely ignoring that basic Constitutional protection is nothing less than the stuff of banana republics.
What’s more, in this particular case, Trump is not the only one suffering at the hands of four belligerents with no respect for the Constitution and Rule of Law. We The People are being punished. The truth is that powerful and well-funded non-profit organizations have put in motion a plot to end the Trump presidency this time before it starts.
On no planet is it legal or moral to tell We The People whom we cannot vote for, which is exactly what these judges have done. Although President Trump has not been convicted of anything, much less insurrection, we are still not allowed to select him to represent us.
Don’t you see what’s going on here? These judges are telling some six million people that they can no longer vote for the candidate of their choice. With the stroke of a pen, millions of Americans have been disenfranchised and have lost the right to vote for the candidate of their choice.
You know — until gay marriage suddenly turned into mutilating psychologically delicate kids going through the normal process of deciding who they want to be; until transvestites started parading around little kids in public libraries; until the FBI started showing up to shoot you in the face for a mean post on your social media — I used to laugh at the slippery slope concept.
I’m done laughing. If this Colorado precedent is allowed to stand; and it is going to stand for few weeks to be sure, the Global Media Empire will fan the flames of this dumpster fire to burn down the Constitution, if they can. After all, Antifa and Black Lives Matter are allowed to burn down entire cities, take over police stations, shoots cops and innocent people without anything happening to them or their movement. But if even one concerned parent raises his voice in a school board meeting, he is guilty of insurrection.
Here are the Communist’s rules: The peoples’ speech is violence and insurrection. Their violence and insurrection are speech.
Imagine how easy it would be to pick off our candidates and make them ineligible for public office by accusing them of insurrection because they used the word “fight” in a public speech where they also asked that a protest remain peaceful. That is exactly what happened to Trump on Tuesday. If the left is willing to do that to a former president, you can bet the farm they will do it to you.
If the organized left can get away with it, it will. The left’s morality is the ends. If it sees the end as moral, it sees whatever it takes to achieve that end — including sexualizing and “queering” children — as moral. I heard on CNN yesterday that it is a moral imperative to assassinate President Trump. The same as going back in time to kill the infant Hitler to stop World War Two. The Left is authorized to kill Trump to save their world from destruction.
My discovery and April 2020 report on the contract Colorado signed with Common Cause, a radical non-profit aimed at halting the electoral vote and aligning it with the national popular vote, was a prelude to the 6-State overturning of the legislators to steal those States for Biden. There is something deeper happening here as well.
While many are focusing on the Ivy League Democrats on Colorado’s Supreme Court who voted to kick Donald Trump off the 2024 primary ballot, there underlying case itself has a direct link to the Biden administration.
The Colorado case against Trump was brought by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), headed by President and CEO Noah Bookbinder. I am not kidding one bit about this name. He sits on Virtual Joe’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Advisory Council (HSAC). It does not get any more corrupt than this.
“Our Constitution clearly states that those who violate their oath by attacking our democracy are barred from serving in government. It has been an honor to represent the petitioners, and we look forward to ensuring that this vitally important ruling stands,” Bookbinder gloated in a press release.

Bookbinder is a former trial attorney for the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) public integrity section and former chief counsel for criminal justice for the Senate Judiciary Committee. He repeatedly donated to Obama’s re-election campaign during his tenure with the Senate, Federal Elections Commission (FEC) records show.
DHS Secretary Mayorkas said in a March 2022 press release related to HSAC: “Together, we will ensure that the Department is best positioned to meet the challenges we confront today, foresee and be ready for the challenges of tomorrow, capitalize on the power of technological innovation, and serve our country by living up to our highest ideals. Our Department is privileged to benefit from the experience, vision, and creativity of these incredibly accomplished individuals.”

According to Lynch, HSAC has met numerous times – where they’ve produced various reports for Mayorkas ranging from “disinformation” to supply chains.
Bookbinder was in attendance during a September 2023 in-person meeting of HSAC, according to meeting minutes.
He also worked on a report produced by the DHS’s ‘Openness and Transparency Subcommittee’ – providing recommendations for how DHS can become more transparent without compromising its law enforcement mission (sure!).
